charming stay in the heart of the mountains

ideal location mountain view delicious breakfast friendly staff
This hotel sits across from the train station. The view of the eiger mountain from the hotel was lovely. Breakfast had many options. I found the scrambled eggs were particularly delicious. Ahmed was very helpful and friendly.
The à la carte menu could benefit from more options. I also noticed my wine bottle seemed to disappear quickly after only pouring two glasses.

Suly and sybile at the front desk gave excellent customer service. They provided great tips on local spots and restaurants to visit. ahmed was also particularly helpful , a testament to the hotel's commitment. the staff was attentive and ensured a seamless experience.

I thought the hotel was alright, but it definitely wasn't the four-star experience i anticipated. the à la carte menu felt uninspired, lacking adventurous options, it felt quite standard. also, my wine bottle seemed to vanish prematurely after i had only poured two glasses, that was a little strange. it left me wanting more from a hotel that otherwise seemed promising. A bit more attention to detail would have made a difference.

lovely stay with mountain views

rooftop terrace extra water closet water pressure amazing staff
i enjoyed the rooftop terracewith been brightened with plants. our suite had an extra water closet on the second floor, very convenient. the shower had great water pressure and hot water was available immediately. the staff was amazing and the location was superb.
the à la carte menu had limited adventurous options, which could be expanded to offer a broader range of culinary experiences (but the food was still great).

the staff provided excellent service and offered helpful tips on local attractions. receptionists were cute and were pretty good too ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests.
